Welcome to Mesquite Rotary

We are a local club of Rotary International, the world's oldest service club. We are a not-for-profit corporation that provides community service and charitable support for our local community, as well as supporting the worldwide good works of Rotary International. The organization of business and professional leaders from all walks of life provides humanitarian service, encourages high ethical standards, and helps build goodwill and peace in the world. We meet at the Mesquite ISD K. David Belt Professional Development Center, 3819 Towne Crossing Blvd. in Mesquite, on most Tuesdays of each month at noon. See map. Come Join Us!

Valentine's Day brought a sweet treat and warmed our hearts because we gained a new member. Uriah Cepeda moved to the Mesquite area from west Texas and transferred his membership to our club. He is pictured with Master of Ceremonies, James Griffin and current president, Jones Doughton.
It's always a great day when we get to induct a new member into our club. Jennifer Hammett of the Mesquite Independent School District joined the club this week and is pictured with her sponsor, Leslie Feinglas, Master of Ceremonies, James Griffin and current president, Jones Doughton.

Choir students from Mesquite High School delivered an amazing holiday performance at our club meeting a few weeks ago. Students sang a variety of holiday and Christmas songs, and even put together a short live action performance. We offer a huge thanks to the students and their teachers for making spirits bright right before Christmas!
This week we had the pleasure of welcoming two new members to our club: Teia Collier and Jennifer Salazar. They are pictured with their sponsors, Yolanda Shepard and immediate past president, Vince Falsarella. Master of Ceremonies, James Griffin and current president, Jones Doughton, also joined for the photo.
